The Moose Jaw Warriors are at home this week, before heading out on a two-week road trip. They face the Brandon Wheat Kings on Thursday, before battling the Calgary Hitmen on Saturday. Both games are at the Moose Jaw Events Centre with puck drop at 7 p.m. 

The Moose Jaw Winmar AAA Warriors lost to the Saskatoon Contacts last night in an 8-1 game. They have a pair of away games on Saturday and Sunday against the Estevan Great North Bears. 

In Senior Girls Basketball, Swift Current won over Vanier 66-57. Vanier's top scorers with 16 points each were Kate Waldenberger and Waverly Demassi, and on the Swift Current side with 17 points was Kylee Michaluck. 

Moving over to the Junior Girls, Notre Dame came out over Lumsden 55-38, and it was Central over Vanier, 66-45. Central's top scorer was Logan Temple with 17 points, and Vanier's was Briar Ward with 10 points. 

Senior Boys Basketball saw Peacock edge out Central 111-105. On the Junior Boys side, it was Central Gold over Lumsden 98-74, and Assiniboia over Peacock, 81 to 50. 

Four Moose Jaw curling teams are off to Regional Curling in Regina on March 1st and 2nd after picking up wins Assiniboia on the weekend. Peacock Boys, Peacock Girls, and Central Open all picked up Distrcit Gold medals, and the Cornerstone Girls came home with Silver. 

Wins across the board for Canadian teams in the NHL last night. The Montreal Canadians shut out the Anaheim Ducks 5-0, Ottawa won against the Columbus Blue Jackets 6-3, it was the Toronto Maple Leafs over the St Louis Blues 4-1, Vancouver Canucks beat the Chicago Blackhawks 4-2, and the Edmonton Oilers won 8-4 over the Detroit Red Wings.
