The Moose Jaw Warriors will look for their five straight win Tuesday night as they battle the Red Deer Rebels.

 

The Moose Jaw Warriors have momentum on their side as they head into action Tuesday night against Red Deer.

The Warriors have one four straight games since October 10th, the latest being a 4-0 decision over the Regina Pats last Sunday.

The Warriors won all three games over the weekend, and have enjoyed some unexpected offense from their defense.  The blueline produced four goals and 12 points in games against Prince Albert, Prince George, and Regina.  Chad Suer had a goal and three assists, Travis Ehrhardt had a goal and two assists, Ryan Stanton has a goal and an assist, Brett Ward and Giffen Nyren had assists.

Joel Broda and Tomas Karpov have been red hot, producing six goals and eleven points.

Tuesday is a homecoming for two Rebels.  It will mark the first time that former Warrior Brennan Wray will play his old team since being traded last season for Jordan Knackstedt.  This is also the first time that Rebels rookie Joel Kot will play in his hometown as a member of WHL team.  Kot is a former Midget AAA Warrior.
