The countdown to the 11th Annual Paws for Pledges Radiothon continues! As of Friday, September 15th, we are 7 weeks out from the big day taking place at the Moose Jaw Humane Society on Friday, November 3rd from 6 am-6 pm as we broadcast live on Country 100. Our goal this year is to raise $85,000 by the end of the day of the radiothon. There are many ways you can help raise funds to get us to that total to help with the daily expenses the MJHS encounters. Some fundraising ideas include A bake sale, staff fundraiser event, or a Halloween party, the options are endless!
A big part of the radiothon as well is helping pets find their forever families. We had one of those pets looking for their forever home in the studios this morning named Gracie. Country 100's Courtney Fielder had Executive Director of the Moose Jaw Humane Society Dana Haukaas join her on the show to chat more about Gracie:
